@leyrer I am not scared but it really looks quite bad. It's probably an acquired taste, because in theory it should improve readability.
Today I learned that Syrian refugees in Bulgaria (and probably other European countries) are being told that they cannot be refugees anymore and they should go back to Syria because it is "safe". A brutal fundamentalist regime, headed by (maybe) former Al-Qaeda lead staff, is "safe". Europe, go home, you are drunk.
Filippo ValsordaHere's something counterintuitive to non-practitioners: curve P-521 is often less secure in practice than curve P-256.
The latter is more popular, and so better tested. The risk of implementation bugs dwarfs the risk of partial cryptanalysis of ECC, so picking P-521 optimizes for the wrong thing.
@GossiTheDog If you needed this lukewarm shot to say f to Palantir, maybe you (that's not necessarily op) were part of the problem up until now. Late is better than never, and the post may be viewed as a reminder, not a discovery, so I support it in any case.
