The oil spilled from TC Energy Corp's <a href="https://www.reuters.com/companies/TRP.TO" target="_blank">(TRP.TO)</a> ruptured Keystone pipeline was diluted bitumen, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said on Thursday, adding complications to the cleanup.
