@radleybalko Yeah, that is absurd, for sure. And yet the fact remains, trial is set to begin in less than two months. 🤷‍♂️

@radleybalko I mean, did you read the story? The concern is over its potential to taint the jury pool for the civil trial that is set. The mag. judge’s ruling clearly turns on that. It’s not a permanent block on releasing the video.

@mmasnick Is the way the search works, and the suggestions it makes as you type, one of the likely glitchy areas? It seems to sometimes work and sometimes not for me. Wasn’t sure if it was just me being stupid.

@mmasnick My favorite part was where FBI was like, hey, these accounts might be violating your terms of service, do whatever you see fit to do about it, if anything at all. And Taibbi basically reads that as WHOA FBI GAVE TWITTER MARCHING ORDERS.
