The problem with hyper-fixation? Fixating on some personal project when you have work that needs to be done.

Case in point, I've spent my morning re-curating my RSS feed in my NextCloud instance since that's been neglected for years.

I'll get to working on what actually needs to get done soon, I swear!

Well, the one meeting I had this week that I was stressing about was over in about 10 minutes, and my brain checked out immediately after. I'm still working, but let's be honest, my brain is in weekend mode.
