I just bridged my Blue Sky account using Bridgy: https://mastodon.social/@domenicolucia[email protected]

Now I can just post in Blue Sky and have my posts in the fediverse ๐Ÿ’ช

I recently wrote a new blog post about my favorite team ceremony: โœจThe Retrospective โœจ

I often see teams underestimating how powerful this activity can be for them,
so I decided to write a playbook of ideas that will improve the way you run it. โšก๏ธ

You are doing your team retrospective wrong

A team retrospective is not just another useless meeting, and if you feel so, it means you are doing it wrong, and this article is for you.

Nowadays developing software with a security-oriented mindset is no longer an option โ€“ itโ€™s a top priority. ๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ”

So I wrote an article about ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธSafeguarding Software๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ following a few ๐Ÿ“š Security Design Principles ๐Ÿ“š

Did you already know all of them?

@dottorblaster I've been to the fosdem for 3 years in a row and this year that I couldn't, you went, te possino!! ๐Ÿคฃ

Btw it's always like that, infinite queues every time there is an interesting talk, that university needs larger room ๐Ÿ˜…

I hope to see you next year Alรฉ!!

Excited to share that after 1 year and 4 months at @[email protected] , I've been promoted! ๐Ÿš€

Advancing in my career step by step is a thrilling journey. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Being recognized for my hard work brings a sense of rejuvenation and pride ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

@yosh The "trick" I like the most are:
* Having parameters with meaningful name: nowadays most IDEs shows the parameters name in the sign when you call them.
* Never pass just a true/false, put it into a variable with a meaningful name for example:
Having a function called like: `doSomething(true);` it's hard to understand, better having something like: `doSomething(activatingThisFlow);`
* Put the simple boolean into a more complex structure to give more "context" to the reader

Amazing how simple it was setting up their customisable landing page into my subdomain ๐Ÿคฉ

I need to explore more, but so far, it seems a very valid product ๐Ÿค“

Since GetRevue is no longer available I'm trying to bring my newsletter back using @[email protected] which so far it's not that bad ๐Ÿ‘€
@evaristegal0is eeeh ma ormai se non ci metti dentro un po' di buzzwords non ti caga piรน nessuno ๐Ÿ˜
