Exclusive: RSF uncovers new spyware from Belarus
Reporters Without Borders (RSF)’s Digital Security Lab (DSL), working with the Eastern European organisation RESIDENT.NGO, has uncovered a previously unknown spyware tool used by the State Security Committee (KGB) of Belarus to target, among others, journalists and media workers. RSF assesses that this exposure is a serious setback for the KGB’s operations, not least because the software appears to have been in use for several years.

Ադրբեջանական մի թվիթեր ալիքում ինչպես նաև Haqqin[.]az կայքում տարածվել է կասկածելի տեսանյութ, որում երիտասարդ մի կին հայերեն լեզվով պնդում է, որ հուլիսի 13–ին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները իրեն բերման են ենթարկել, կոտրել են մատները և բռնաբարել։
Հասկանալի է, որ եթե իսկապես նման միջադեպ տեղի է ունեցել, այն պիտի լիներ հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցների թիվ մեկ թեման, մանավանդ որ տեսանյութում կինը հայտարարում է, որ չի վախենում ու չի լռելու։ Բայց չկա։
FIP - Փաստերի ստուգման հարթակ–ը բացահայտել է, որ ընդամենը երկու ռուսալեզու տելեգրամյան ալիքներ են այն տարածել՝ «Цицак/Ծիծակ» «Արցախ 44 և»։
Իմ լավ ընկեր Արեն Մանուկյանը տարբեր գործիքներով ստուգել է թե՛ տեսանյութը, թե՛ ձայնը։ Գործիքներից ոչ մեկը չի ասել, որ տեսանյութը, ձայնը կեղծ են կամ AI–ով գեներացված, թեև անզեն աչքով տեսանելի են տեսանյութում առկա բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ՝ այն կցում եմ, որպեսզի ինքներդ համոզվեք։
Ենթադրում եմ, որ հաջորդ տարվա ընտրություններին ընդառաջ մենք էլի ենք նմանատիպ տեսանյութեր ու առհասարակ՝ կասկածելի կոնտենտ տեսնելու։ Եվ այստեղ հարց է առաջանում՝ ե՞րբ վստահել, իսկ երբ կասկածել, երբ ստուգող գործիքները անզոր են, կամ նշում են, որ վիդեոն իրական է։
Կարծում եմ այստեղ պետք է գործի մեդիագրագիտությունը՝ ի՞նչ աղբյուր է տարածել, այդ աղբյուրը ի՞նչ շահագրգռվածություն ունի, արդյո՞ք դա ձեզ համար վստահելի աղբյուր է, արդյո՞ք առնվազն երկու անկախ աղբյուրում հանդիպել եք նույն տեղեկատվությանը։ Կարծում եմ ամեն նոր տեղեկատվության հանդիպելիս ինքներս մեզ այս հարցերը տալու պրակտիկան առաջիկա տարում մեզ շատ ավելի կօգնի, քան փաստերի և AI ու deep fake–երի ստուգման տասնյակ գործիքների իմացությունը։ | Artur Papyan

Only “Цицак/Ծիծակ” and “Artsakh 44” Telegram channels shared it.
Digital expert @ArenManukyan tested it with deepfake/AI detection tools — none flagged it as fake. But red flags are still visible.
If such a shocking incident really occurred, Armenian outlets would’ve picked it up immediately — especially since the woman says she won’t stay silent. But the video only appears on Haqqin.az and two obscure Telegram channels.
