@wolf480pl I use containers which do let me set limits, but deciding on a limit for each as well as managing like 3-4 of said container limits per service gets annoying fast.

@Methylzero good point, but like me uploading data to a cloud backup is none of the above, so if I wanted to roleplay an American I could go and sue them.

@RueNahcMohr last time I tried after 3 days I started seeing insane packet loss. I had to rate limit myself to 90% of the advertised upload speed within my own router using a smarter algorithm than the taildrop they're using on their end...

@whitequark you can re-sell it in a month for profit probably at this rate...

@whitequark I can get 12TB exos drives for ~230 EUR rn. But then there are also lunatics selling 8TB NAS drives for 290 EUR. It's so wacky, you need to check like a dozen SKUs to find a reasonable price. But most of them are definitely inflated.
