When we talk about #tarot, there's a longstanding focus on the Fool's Journey. But it's far from the only journey - you can start at any card and move through. At the moment, I am particularly interested in the Empress's Journey. She is the pragmatic union of material and spiritual, and sometimes I feel like her steps are the answer to my need for balance.

Prejudice and bigotry exist by rendering real people fictional - an examination of experience on the Spirited Witch Patreon.

"But the irony of someone sitting in a booth for primary-source educating about her religion while third-sourcing a different religion, refused to digest in my body."

Ok, I am seeing the other challenge in Mastodon for me. I can find some of my old communities, but the nature of the federation makes that tough and adds legwork.

I am acknowledging for myself. There's a learning curve here, and I tend to be slow on the uptake, make a lot of errors, and then I am thorough in my mastery. That last part seems to happen just before a whole new learning curve must begin again.

Wait, Threads got over here for a minute?

...why?

So I recently opted into a social media scheduler - PaddyPost, not to be confused with PostPaddy - because it offered a one-time fee for lifetime use. I was surprised and happy to see Mastodon on its list.

I've moved away from Mastodon a lot. There are many great features, but I find it hard to use and can never remember what server I'm on. It doesn't help that I hopped on during an exodus that caused some servers to close to new members for a while. The quality of dialogue here is *chef's kiss* but I feel like I have to go to the Other Places right now, and that's frustrating.

Life changes: working a job for an insurance agency. It is problematic, but with the insurance licensing I can easily go somewhere less problematic. Still, it's a conservative, male-dominated industry that goes against the nature of my person. Dealing with it, but not happily so.

Does anybody have a connection at Netlify?

Long story short, they won’t work with you if you’re #transgender, and they’re holding my domain hostage. They refuse to speak to anyone except [deadname] via an email that no longer exists.

After explaining my transition to the support rep, and offfering to give them an updated ID, they’ve just stopped responding to my emails. I need to get ahold of a human who isn’t an asshole.

I am so fucking tired of the trans tax.

Waking up to my surfacing trauma. Yeah, that's fun at 4 am.
