With that, I'm done with Duolingo. It's ended up being too much of a chore, with punishment or "as normal" as the only outcomes, and constant pestering. If their mission is still to make learning free and fun, they're failing miserably.
Mondly is what I'm trying at present, but I may well look at other options too.
