If you have a DigiCert signed cert using the following intemediary:

issuer=C = US, O = DigiCert Inc, CN = DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1

Provide this cert in the chain of certs you must provide to clients and not just assume that the client just happens to have it cached because another vendor was competent.
