Stretching & Flexibility Apps/Programs - Lemmy.world

My flexibility is not good. It affects a lot of what I do. Tight legs, tight back, which keeps me from doing things I want to do, mainly cycling. I know I need to stretch. I just don’t know where to start, and I’m the type of person, if I have an app or a program to follow so I don’t have to think, I’m more likely to do it. I get a ton of adds on instagram, but with most adds, I don’t trust any of them. What are some suggestions for apps/programs for stretching I can use?

Recently had an addition put onto my house, new part has a basement which has a sump pump. But doesn’t have a battery backup. Is there a way to delete a username? I have 2 users… for reasons, but would like to delete/ reorder the users.

My own domain? - Lemmy.world

Currently I’m with lemmy.world, but if i wanted to create my own, to run at my house, would I need to register a domain? I like the idea of having my own domain but also don’t know how the storage works… like if I post to my own, sure it gets stored, but if I post to somewhere on lemmy.world, where does it get stored?
