@alexanderschnitzler I really do not like such projects. If this already goes for years this way, it might possibly never change and others/you have to do the work the PM usually has to do. Maybe time to reconsider options.

📊 t3versions TYPO3 stats update (09/2025):

Out of ~301M domains scanned, 209.207 websites are running TYPO3! 🎉

Found a few things to improve (proxy handling, detection engine tweaks).
Also preparing for the upcoming Django Major update → might switch the API & crawler queue system over to Celery.

@alexanderschnitzler The decision was taken to streamline the infrastructure and to reduce costs. The customer has a management and automation solution for their ~2.5k WP sites.
@MarcusSchwemer The customer manages 2.5k WP websites, so they know what they get 😉

First day back from holiday... ready to update ~200 TYPO3 sites from 11.5 to 13.4. But surprise - customer plans changed: I’m now developing an extension to export TYPO3 data into WordPress WXR files 🙈

Totally fine for me - I can fully understand the customer’s decision... but still a little bit sad about it. 🥲
