Hello, I’m Derek, I am a contributor to GNOME trying to help them with the Engagement team with social media outreach.

Little info about me I started out on BBS’s which kind of predates the main internet if my memory serves me correctly. I took apart my first computer which was a Commodore 64 at the age of 3 years old according to my mom. I did put it back together and it was working so that’s good news! From there I progressed to the 80/88 Computer running DOS. I have used Linux since 1998
