2) It's weird reading comments from the Republican officials he pressured to "find votes" and overturn results.
Raffensberger in GA, Shirkey and Chatfield in MI, etc - they all say stuff obsequious stuff like this, even after being subject of false claims and harassment: "Nobody wanted him to win more than me..." and then sorta, oh heck, by the way, he's asking me to destroy the American democracy, aw rats.

...he made no inquiries about any ballots or races other than his own. He was clearly informed, repeatedly, that the election fraud claims had zero evidence. And even before the vote, his team clearly stated the strategy to claim victory and allege fraud if defeated.
He was acting as a (losing) candidate. Not doing any presidential job whatsoever.
