I took this photo at the start of the decade, unaware that in two months, everything would look and feel different. Dusk and dawn are two of my favorite times to take cityscape photos.

Next up in my Fall series of photos is one of my all-time favorite images I've captured of the season. Moody Mt. Princeton, featured in the top left of the picture, is one of Colorado's 14ers, rising to 14,204 feet (4,329 meters). It is located in the Sawatch Range, part of the Collegiate Peaks.

Continuing with the Fall theme... Four and a half hours via car from Denver sits Kebler Pass, a windy mixed dirt/paved road stretching 30 miles that features some of the best Aspen trees in the state of Colorado. Here is a shot I took of East Beckwith Mountain, which rises to 12,432ft (3,789m), with a carpet of golden Aspen trees leading up to the mountain.

I am excited to start my Pixelfed journey! To christen my profile, I am posting a picture of my favorite season in one of my favorite places. For being on the high plains, Denver has an impressive tree canopy that shines in beautiful oranges, reds, and golds. This shot is looking northwest from the Cherry Creek neighborhood, approximately 200 feet (60 meters) up. On the horizon is the Downtown Denver skyline and the northern Rocky Mountain Front Range.
