I'm far too mentally exhausted to think of anything witty right now.

@zompus We use light soy sauce, but it's still got plenty of salt. [shrug]
@zompus I have a bottle of it in my fridge because I've been on a "protein shake for breakfast" kick and alternate between Odwalla and Bolthouse Farms (whichever's on sale) and I saw it there in the pharmacy by the Glucerna and Slim Fast.
I have yet to pluck up the courage to try it.
