@PhDHealthPR lol! Adrenaline rush? My hair and skin feel amazing. Putting myself through something difficult at the beginning of the day has some merit too I think. Still new to it so I’m still forming my opinions on how it might benefit me (or not) long-term.
Finally worked up to a 3 minute cold shower. What a difference! I feel great.
