Definitely disappointed in @ivory support. The issue I brought up was never addressed, despite repeated attempts to engage on it. I even tried suggesting several workarounds and was told *not* to do them until they had a chance to investigate, and no one ever got back to me. I get it, I only pay $25 a year, but it just seems lame to offer the support in the first place and then... not provide it.
I feel pretty strongly that I was calm, kind and patient. Not a happy customer.
