The toilet seat now swing down like a guillotine thanks to repeat days of temps below freezing. My least favorite part of winter.
The local 🎄 has been lit and son no.2 sacrificed his digits for the sake of the jazz band rhythm section on guitar.

Woke to read a text from my dad wherein I learned that today is my wedding anniversary. Upon congratulating my wife I was relieved to discover she too was unaware of the day’s significance. And this is how we’ve lasted 27 years together.

Used the Tonal with the new smart view setup. You place your phone perpendicular to your workout space and you can see yourself in the screen. Gives more real-time form feedback and replay after your done. Awesome!
Wonder if @maddyparade has tried it yet.
Now to figure out how to get closer to the bench…
