NEWS: Loujain AlHathloul's spyware lawsuit against Dark Matter survives a motion to dismiss, and the CFAA claims will proceed in US courts. That is a huge win! Judge Howell's' opinion in the Perkins Coie case, to be posted by tomorrow, will in fiery language condemn Trump's effort to distort the normal functioning of the legal system. This critical rule is not limited to the legal system. SCOTUS has similarly said no distortion of other systems too.

Here's the rub in the TikTok ruling. You have to read all the way to the end until the Court addresses the content-based rationale that the ban aimed to stop Chinese propaganda and divisive material. This should lead to strict scrutiny. But the Court says No: it can ignore that
