@Stevenpotato do you have any more details on this? It is a little conservative (you have to pause for half a second and it has to be completely visible) and I plan to scale that back a bit.

It’s pretty common here to have a snow day for a few inches of snow. But this is the first time school has been delayed because they were worried kids would get frost bite waiting for the bus. There’s not even any snow.
