Dementia Donny wanting to reopen a prison that closed decades ago and isn't even a prison anymore is a clear example of either:

Time for Greenland to tell America to remove its military bases from their land, and for Denmark to supply some troops.
Then, should Dementia Donny actually invade Greenland, we invoke Article 5 of NATO, and every NATO country expels American diplomats immediately. All embassies close, and America can be its own little insular country as Dementia Donny and the mad MAGA Republocans want it to be.
