I have built a series of Shiny apps for teaching evolution (partly but not wholly redundant with existing resources made by others).
My apps, plus links to my favorite prior resources, are assembled here:

"If you're a postdoc in Biology within ~200 miles of Philadelphia, please tell us about yourself so we can invite you for a seminar!

We'd like to showcase biologists with underrepresented identities; we can pay travel, honorarium, and lunch. Please share!"
The goal of this seminar series is to showcase diverse early-career biologists working relatively local to West Chester, PA. Apart from giving our students the chance to learn about cutting-edge scientific research and interact with early-career biologists, we are also hoping to build connections with local postdocs who might be interested in careers at primarily undergraduate institutions like WCU. We are particularly interested in speakers who: -identify with a group underrepresented in STEM -are interested in or would like to learn more about careers at a PUI We are interested in speakers from all subfields in Biology, and we would cover travel, a lunch or reception with our students, and a small honorarium for selected speakers. We will be selecting speakers throughout the semester with student input, so we are hoping to compile a list of speakers that the students can research and choose several to invite each semester. Thank you for your interest in presenting your research in our department! Learn more about us here: https://www.wcupa.edu/sciences-mathematics/biology/
News on the Journal of Biogeography publishing situation. We (the Associate Editors) wrote an editorial on the situation and name all our concerns especially of researchers from the global south and ECRs. You can read it here: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/jbi.14697
And please spread the word if you like to support our case!
