I had a free 5 hours without rain to cut the skirt board!

Just starting to trace cut lines for the treads and risers. Won’t get to cut this today, unfortunately.

Finally have the outer skirt board cut. A digital level made it so much easier than it would have been to figure out the angles on each end.

Pulled up the flooring at the top of the stairs and discovered three whole layers of flooring between it and the hardwood floor underneath.

So that’s:

- vinyl
- plywood
