I am sure nothing too original. Just a dream, maybe nightmare, I had where the world was taking shape just like the "dark enlightenment" accelerationists envision and a changing world order. It laid out this vision of other countries becoming fiefs to a private class of rulers out of DC with China as an antipole.
Seeing you post this and Trump's "Gold Card" announcement in the same day just feels like its being fulfilled to quickly and closely for my liking.

@johncarlosbaez Really enjoying trying to work through this paper. I am still a mathematical layman and all, but this concept has turned my mind towards thinking of applications in automated reinforcement learning.
