So women should just stay home all day and a man will suddenly appear? That’s what I did and guess what I’m single. Want to know a tough lesson I learned? You don’t put yourself out there, you will likely remain single. Also, what happens to women who don’t live in populated areas? Areas where social life is limited? How can they meet someone if they stay in all day?
Yeah women, including men, should not be chasing after someone rather let it develop naturally over time. But you can’t be preaching this message and then be upset that you’re single.
This is what a real dancer look like. A dancer is someone who dances. Nothing else needed than dance!
Which one should I use for LinkedIn? I don’t have any professional headshots and I don’t want to get any because each time I get a photo taken I look horrible so I do it on my own. I was thinking the 3rd.
I used to have big impostor syndrome with my dancing and I’ve overcame it. For one, getting my masters helped with that, because I don’t need to dance to pay the bills. I can afford to be imperfect. Secondly, it doesn’t matter if I learned from YouTube which is not the traditional way to do so. I still put in hard work in, and I can choreograph to music, and NOTHING can take that away! I have the freedom to express myself the way I please!
