@GossiTheDog 'New orders are being accepted' ... misleading, MS says multiple entire markets are still unavailable
@wdormann noticed the exact same recently coming to my inbox, I do see some in my spam folder so it looks like they are catching some of them.
@GossiTheDog my MS teams phone number (bought from MS, not a port in) is a Colt number, this is what it shows when creating a new ticket with teams pstn support. No health advisory in MS admin centre.
@masek I would submit an abuse report for csam to the hosting company, they will either close it down, making them aware of the issue very fast, or forward to the company contact which is hopefully a monitored mailbox.

@tdp_org I find it works when I turn off my VPN, or maybe it's the tracker and ad block part of the VPN so try with it all off.

Alternatively I use

Make sure to select sub domains as well.

@GossiTheDog they had a bad power outage, so possibly a botched failover or recovery.
@tdp_org you can look them up here

For most councils.
There's even an API.

@malwaretech if the update included a servicing stack update then that cannot be rolled back. A cumulative windows desktop update (CU) will include the latest cumulative update (lcu) and often a servicing stack update (ssu). You can roll back the LCU by targeting the CU number but if that cu had a ssu included then the ssu part of it will not be uninstalled ( the LCU will still be uninstalled)
