Andrew Furman, Safiyya Hosein (both from Toronto Metropolitan University) and Kristin Franseen (Western) at the CSSC conference. Andrew discussed how comics nostalgia rests on one’s memories of the format in which we discovered the form. Safiyya discussed the feminism of the digital comic 1001 (a reboot of the Arabian Nights). Kristin looked into historical fiction involving Mozart. #comics
