@phoenixphoenix i dunno if autism counts (there's lots of overlap & comorbidity there) but "being able to bond over bullshit experiences with psychiatric treatment" is something i find with people who are bipolar, people w/ BPD, NPD, etc

@phoenixphoenix you're right, that is a deep question. i put you on the spot, i'm sorry. i guess it's just something i struggle with myself - and isolation makes everything worse. like, legit. but the shittyness of my situation does not overshadow the humanness of you!! i'll save the deeper questions for if/when we get to know each other better & if/when i ever have your enthusiastic consent for that

@noracodes @packetcat hard to use in that it can't predict what i'm doing because it's not listening in to what i'm doing or saying, not impossible to use in that they won't make me make an account for every damn thing on this earth

@noracodes @packetcat i agree with that person lady (for some reason i can't properly tag them) that the whole problem, actually, is when you prioritize things other than the real people that need to use your device. i mean, tech is a tool, i don't want it to be impossible to use, but i don't want it to get to know me, actually (Mac pushes using Chrome, and i have, but i'm about to not, because i think it's actually spying on me, like legit). i want technology to be appropriately hard to use XD
