@ManyRoads This needs to be: Which countries are polluting the most *per capita. And even that still may not tell the whole story, since it’s easy to offload industrial pollution to foreign countries and claim innocence on charts like this.

@RVLara23 I know people have a hard time reading, but the 14th has a very specific exclusion list. The judge ruled (and noted the absurdity) a prisident isn’t an “officer of the US” under the law:
“who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection”
