Crash and Compile Qualification Results

Of the 49 teams that registered we had sixteen teams complete all stages of the qualification round. Of those, the top nine teams plus control group will go on to the main contest. This year we introduced the ability for you to optimize your code to get faster solve times during qualifications. Who's excited for Crash and Compile at this year's #defcon32 ?

The Crash and Compile qualification round will start Friday August 9th at 10am in the contest area and online at https://crashandcompile.org/

Qualifying teams will move on to the main contest event on the Defcon Contest stage. Planning to run from 16:00 to 19:00. The winning team will get one of these Trophies.

A custom welded metal D20 adorned with various programming languages. The D20 is 12 gauge steel. Each edge being 4 inches in length, weighing in at ~1.8kg for our new "smaller more portable" version of our Crash and Compile trophy.
