I have the exact same complaint. From what I see you can browse followed hashtags in the "Discover" tab but even then - it's showing the feed per hashtag, so you have to click each individual one to see the tagged posts and you can't browse a feed based on all followed hashtags. This is very impractical, and I basically stopped browsing pixelfed due to this.
Why do they want my first and last name for registration? Seems more like facebook than reddit.

I had that with Dark. Still no other mystery show comes even close to it, if I feel like watching something similar, my only choice is to rewatch it.
And now the same thing with Severance (season 1 was so good but now it feels like forever waiting for the next one 😩).

The worst was 1899 though. The mystery drew me in, I didn't want the season to end... Then Netflix cancelled the show, just like that. No more seasons beyond the first one. Fuck Netflix, I cancelled my subscription after that.

ā€œAs AI search takes off, users will need to get into the habit of fact-checking their search results, he said.ā€œ

Against what? That people are treating a search technology that invariably delivers falsehoods as a revolutionary, positive advance is just bananas.

What an amazing statement. There is no universe where it’s a good thing that a search engine company forces people to do a second search to confirm their first, company-provided, result isn’t a straight-up lie.

Google’s new AI search function is revolutionary — but don’t believe everything it says, experts say

The experimental feature is convenient to use, but don’t believe everything it ā€œwritesā€ — it may present false information or even manufacture sources.
