@markgurman It is difficult to see how this departure is a set back for Apple. Remove the drama inherent in these reports & you realize that most of Apple’s exec departures impact very little. If these exec’s were so critical to the business, Apple would fight to keep them. Putting this function under Ternus is a win.

@viticci This is going to be a great device to pair with the iPad Air or Pro. A significant number of college students are using an iPad Air/ Pro with pencil for note taking with a Mac (typically an Air or Pro) at their dorm or apartment. This is so exciting for students and their parents! Cost savings without giving up too much in performance.
