Sorry for the downtime. Backup of AT&T fiber modem config, factory reset, and restore of config, miraculously fixed the issue. (and I and later support tried fuckin everything before, I was at wit's end and thankfully that worked.. did not want to deal with replacing hw).
That moment you want to toot, but you cant, bc your instance is fucking down.
I'm in AT&T support hell rn trying to find out wtf happened with their modem after this outage.
Hopefully AT&T isn’t lying and they’re indeed back up in <3.5hrs! #BirdButt

AT&T (the ISP) currently has an outage in my area. It began Jan 9 00:35:57 (UTC-6).
Everything should work again once they bring that back up.
Until then there's nothing else I can do, I looked over all my infrastructure—it's all fine. whew!
I have to sleep and an early flight to catch. Hope it's all ok soon!

For some reason sidekiq entries (for my main on birdbutt.com) list notifications being simply for/from mildlyfunctional.gay vs social.mildlyfunctional.gay.
And when I try to retrieve directly from social.mildlyfunctional.gay I get "503 Remote SSL certificate could not be verified"
Things appeared to be fine up thru Dec 2nd, then something must've changed and no longer able to retrieve/process notifications.
The 503 seems to be due to mildlyfunctional.gay using a cert that's only made for manehattan.artem.ist ?

mccIt is 7 AM CEST. The EU citizen initiative calling for a ban on "conversion therapy" (here meaning, pseudoscientific attempts to "cure" LGBTQs) is less than 250,000 votes from success. This is astounding, the votes have like, *tripled* in a week.
The page says voting ends "May 17", and I wish I knew if that meant "at midnight tonight" or "midnight tomorrow" or what. Uh. Do you know
