🤖 Testing Flux GGUF — incredible detail & creative control for local AI images.

⚙️ Steps 24 | CFG 1.0 | Euler
Low CFG gives Flux more freedom while staying coherent.

⏱️ ~120 min/image on M2 😅 RTX GPU looking tempting…

Anyone else using Flux?

Just shipped a full web app in under 2 hours with Claude Code 🚀

Here's what we built together:
✅ Multi-language support with next-intl
✅ Contact form with validation
✅ Custom SVG logo (yes, Claude designed it!)
✅ Cookie consent banner
✅ Deployed on Vercel, ready for DNS setup

What impressed me most? In the iterative workflow, I described what I needed, we refined the design together, and Claude handled the implementation details.
The pace of development tools in 2026 is wild.

Weekend thought if you’ve ever considered building your own product.

Building solo in 2026 gives you freedom.
No deadlines.
No pressure.

Powerful, but dangerous without discipline.

Market reality:
$910B → $3.6T by 2035
~16.6% CAGR

Ship faster.

Planning isn’t predicting the future.
It’s reducing uncertainty.
If you’ve ever seen a Next.js hydration error,
it’s usually not React being weird,
it’s your UI depending on something non-deterministic.
You don’t need more time.
You need fewer priorities.
Slept well.
Family time done.
Reviewed my 9–5 and planned weekly outcomes.
Shipped the product (5 commits).
Ending the day with my wife and Shōgun (ch. 50).
What’s your excuse?
You don’t need motivation.
You need systems and consistency.
Coffee doesn’t replace sleep.
It just borrows focus with interest.
Sometimes it's just not possible. Yesterday I ate pizza from
#pizzahut (thanks, the promotion was great, but the quality was terrible), and I lost my rhythm. I couldn't concentrate or code. I went to bed early. There's no room for such mistakes.
