Here's a better tabulation of results by precinct. Untallied precincts include the more conservative/suburban 5 (Riverton and North Deering and part of Deering Center), likely a Dion stronghold. And two on-peninsula wards (top of Munjoy Hill and inner West End), likely stronger for Zarro and Ali.
Tight race for #PortlandME mayor! I predict 3 rounds of ranked-choice runoffs: Dion is unlikely to get much more than 2/3rds of Costa's and Pugh's second-choice votes, so that means the runner-up choices or either Zarrow or Ali will determine the winner tomorrow.
