@PragmaticAndy @RnDanger yes. Too little integrity, too many people willing to accept too many responsibilities, and also too many responsibilities in general for one person to manage. Too many expectations. Too little room for failure.

Corporations act on the decisions of people. The legal system may protect individuals from liability for those decisions but society doesn't have to ignore them.
