@interacter Thanks for tagging me. The programme, and others like it, sound great, but there’s a BUT...
Cycle training is something I would encourage, BUT:
It should be seen as an additional measure alongside the provision of safe infrastructure, and NOT as an alternative. Too often, politicians (including my own MP) use it to distract from lack of commitment and support for redesigning our streets. Cycle training without work on infrastructure does not address the biggest problem.

How commonplace does a grammatical error have to be before it passes the 'usage' test and gets accepted?
I can't get my head around the trend of putting a question mark after every usage of the word 'how'.
