Why does the iPhone 15 Pro’s USB port only do 10 Gbps and not 20 Gbps (max speed for USB 3.2)?

And why is it only USB 3.2 and not USB 4, which has been out for 4 years? Then it could be 40 Gbps.

Surely by now there are power-efficient chipsets to support USB 4.
