@boxed @stroughtonsmith benchmarks of AI models are not everything (not saying, not important). It's as important as how agents manage context, system prompts, errors etc.
_random_agent_ + Opus 4.6 can be much worse, than _great_agent_ + Opus 4.6
@obrhoff yes, technically it's a tooling thing.
yet, I look at that as a whole package, I sure can debug with print() statements, but it's not something I really wanna do.
Similarly, I don't care about PHP as a language, but I really do love what Laravel provides for full-stack dev.
It's what got me into macOS development back in the day - great laptops + macOS, and then great SDKs (NSFoundation and AppKit)
