It really fucking doesn’t.
Made buffalo wings tonight. Yes that’s way too many for one person but apparently they reheat fairly well. Trick for crisp skin is apparently baking powder.
Lots of changes in Liverpool restaurant land - some very welcome, some… less so (but hey, never say never)
