@c_dan4th About twenty, but only about seven in the last two years,.most of the rest being "not since university, or at least close".
@daweaver Huzzah, and I think I may do too...
@gasman That makes a lot of sense.

The day after finishing off my last mince pie, I have finished off the last of the similarly considerably reduced (but not 90% off) small chocolate bar selection boxes I bought after Christmas, full of fun-size bars or bags so you can enjoy half an ounce of Cadbury's Buttons as a tiny treat.

By convenient coincidence, work sent me a Creme Egg easter egg through the post today...

@gasman Ehh, people like to think they've got a bargain, at least relative to the suckers who have paid full price.

I do like Christmas mince pies, and I have just finished the last of the ones I bought at 90% off after Christmas. (It still had six weeks until its best-before date, FWIW.) I've had one on the vast majority of days so far this year.

Thanks, mince pies. Thince thies.

@christianp A head that really could get all the way around Yorkshire would be a considerable danger to Leeds Bradford Airport.

@christianp I would not have guessed that, on the grounds that in my head I am often surprised by quiet how central Leeds is.

Also, I was born in Shotley Bridge, just outside Consett, so *pew pew pew airhorn*

@christianp Similar but not congruent.
