A random User yesterday said this to me: "Why are the systems so shit?" I explained that this was due to the IT department being underfunded, undervalued and our ideas for improvements constantly dismissed. He replied "Bollocks! When I was growing up Lister was my favourite character but as I have gotten older, as life gets hard and joy more difficult to find Rimmer has become my absolute favourite - Lister is still awesome though and so it the rest of the #reddwarf crew
