@Teri_Kanefield RE: laugh test. Definitely. And the kind of laugh - from a guffaw to a mild snort. In the first instance, you’re toast. In the second (especially if accompanied by a half-smile) maybe you have a shot.

@Bam @Teri_Kanefield The investigation is ongoing. Maybe something will show up that would support a seditious conspiracy charge in a later indictment. I think Smith is going with what he can prove now to get the process underway.
@Teri_Kanefield @fsinn I’m sure he knows (let’s hope so!) that this indictment isn’t about free speech. It’s about planning a coup. Before donny was rallying the troops on 1/6. So is he continuing his typical rants because he thinks his proffer was sufficient enough to avoid an indictment? Just curious.
