Do I personally have regrets? absolutely.
theres people in this world ive hurt, and people i could've tried harder to help. those regrets inform my decision making process today so I never repeat those mistakes.
I think to not have regrets is to not grow adapt and change for the better.
Regret is good when you do not let it eat at you and use it to evaluate yourself and your decisions.
