fuck me right

And my job (like everyone else in #infosec ) is cutting my hours (and even months... next year i'll only be paid for 11 months out of 12). At least I still have hours to be cut.

I have a job until December 31st. I'm hoping they'll reup the contract, such as it is. We'll see.

I need to spin up my LLC again and see if there's any meaningful side work available.

Might join with other testers and form a co-op.

I had a successful side business for a bit and then the pandemic wiped it out just as it was about to turn into my main business. And then my life completely flipped the lid, lol.

But I'm in a better places now... so. Let's see if I can do it again.

In this environment. Lol. Sob.

Gotta put food on the table, even as fascism seeks to destroy us. Yaaaay.....

Hey DFIR Peeps! I am hiring incident responders in two locations - Boulder, CO and Sunnyvale, CA. It'd be hard to find a bigger CSIRT with more scope and more interesting stuff to do than this one. :D

Old rodinal, surprisingly still works, and has a mild nutty flavor.
Customer system got an update that hides all the data behind widgets. Think im going to shave 95 percent of my work scraping api requests on the console.
Six years in my temporary seat as a PO button pusher, I think I'm sunsetting. Anything technical just puts me to sleep. Js? Sleep. Hardware? Sleep. Research? Sleep. Can't hack my way out of a paper bag. I'm getting out of this rut.
