@chikorita157 I wouldn't say it's "just like" the legion go 2, that's a less proven platform for a fair bit more money. I think the mindset may be "I may as well get it now because it'll probably be even more expensive in a few months" or something similar. The steam deck may be old hardware, but it's proven and has a much larger community than any other handheld pc. To be clear, I also don't think it's worth $800, but I can still see why someone would buy one even at this price point.

@[email protected] I'm not sure about this specific context but just yesterday I was able to get fprint working for auth in alacrity on my cachyos niri noctalia pc. I want to say KDE uses fprint as well but I'm not totally sure.
