I want to convert a duration of time, i.e., number of seconds to colon-separated time string (hh:mm:ss) I found some useful answers here but they all talk about converting to x hours and x minutes

El comando grep puede catalogar un archivo de texto como binario si se tiene algun valor nulo.

Para visualizarlo se puede ejecutar:

`cat file | tr -d '\000' | grep`

Y ya se podra filtrar y visualizar como se debe.
