Snow Moon fits because February is, on average, the US's snowiest month, but other names for this moon are Eagle Moon, Bear Moon (bear cubs are generally born around now), Raccoon Moon, Groundhog Moon, and the Hungry Moon (food is hard to come by this time of year).
