Dive #657 - Second Valley Depth: 9.30m, Duration: 1:35

Great dive out to visit the Dragon's Den at Second Valley. Immaculate visibility, 10m and some nice conditions. With the bloom it seems like a lot of the "usual" life has gone away, but the seagrass and kelp appears to be a lot healthier here than what it was a few months ago.

Dive #643 - Aldinga Pinnacles Depth: 14.30m, Duration: 1:20

First dive back at Aldinga Pinnacles since the Algal Bloom started. Definitely more life than I was expecting but fish are still a little worse for wear. The vis wasn't that great, but it's never totally clear here!

Dive #641 - Port Hughes Jetty Depth: 6.50m, Duration: 2:40

Long single dive at Pt Hughes, and the first dive back in a wetsuit after some cold waters! Lots of nudis out, at least 6 species recorded this dive, with the elusive Marionia albany, the snow coral nudi, making an appearance!

Dive #633 - Port Noarlunga Jetty Depth: 7.60m, Duration: 1:18

Night dive at porties, the first since the algal bloom. Definitely a weird vibe down there and not much life. There were a number of goblinfish and gurnard perches around so still signs of life, but still a little devastating.

Dive #632 - Port Hughes Jetty Depth: 7.00m, Duration: 2:15

Great dive after not being in the water for a good month. Water warming up and lots of life out and about. Managed to snap a few shots of the nearly impossible Sea Bees, and lots of photos of Nudis as usual!

Dive #627 - Port Hughes Jetty Depth: 6.80m, Duration: 1:32

A great winter dive at Pt Hughes with the water a balmy 11 degrees! Lots of Fanta nudis around and not much impact from the State's Harmful algal bloom, since it's a bit too far up the peninsula to be impacted.

Here's hoping it stays that way.

Great dive at Second Valley! Found a ninja turtle nudi and a leafy in the usual spot! Also managed to rescue someone's Apple Watch and actually got it back to them! They were climbing on the cliffs and it ended up underwater, still turned on!

A great little mid week dive with spectacular conditions. Lots of the usual suspects out and enough cos lettuce nudis to make a salad!

Awesome night dive at porties with the port jacksons stealing the show! One swam right in between us, and checked us thoroughly out, showing that they probably don't know about the concept of personal space...

Great dive off to a false start with some gear issues, but the nudibranchs were definitely on!
